住過體驗感最好的美居酒店，床墊、枕頭非常非常非常舒服，隔音也特別好，非常非常乾淨。餐廳的早餐和晚餐都無敵好吃，飯量也比外面的大，SPA也特別舒服，按摩的小姐姐們手法特別熟練和專業。離海邊也非常近，窗戶可以看到海，大海很乾凈很漂亮，空調也很涼快，沒有任何缺點！ 游泳池也很乾凈，每天晚上8點關閉開始打掃。非常推薦的一所酒店！

Semua staff di mercure ramah semua kecuali mbak resti, untuk mba resti tolong sedikit ramah ke customer dan senyum ya. overall kamar nyaman tidak ada kendala sama sekali,mungkin hanya di lokasi yang kurang,lokasi di dekat pemukiman warga. untuk sekelas mercure ini agak kurang dari ekspektasi saya tetapi nyaman jika ingin mencoba.

The hotel is nice and looks new. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Staff is great and helpful. The only setback is its location; a bit far away from the city and within walking distance to the sea, but the area is very dirty and messy.
